Add pull-ups, stretching and gymnastics to your home routine with wall-mounted bars that make use of vertical space.
Compact fit: The bars measure 31.5 inches wide by 84 inches high and sit 7 inches from the wall, fitting rooms, balconies and studies.
Wood and steel: Beech wood handles measure 1.5 inches in diameter and have a varnished finish; the bars support up to 286 pounds.
Flexible training: Use them for pull-ups, hanging exercises, strength, stretching and coordination, or pair them with resistance bands, rings, punching bags or climbing grips.
Home installation: Expansion-screw mounting suits wooden, concrete and brick walls, and the accessory package includes an installation manual; special walls need separate load-bearing brackets.
